The Pittsburgh Tang Soo Do Championship

The Independent Tang Soo Do Association has hosted a high caliber Tang Soo Do event in Pittsburgh for the past seven years! Included in these events is in the Pittsburgh Open Tang Soo Do Championship. The Independent Tang Soo Do Association hosts Grandmasters, Masters and Tang Soo Do and Karate practitioners from around the United States and internationally.

The Independent Tang Soo Do Association, in conjunction with South Hills Karate Academy hosts it’s annual open Tang Soo Do Championship in September. The event boasts over 250 competitors from around the east coast and has had support for major organizations. These have included Master Fred Scott’s Amkor Karate Institutes and Traditional Tang Soo Do International, North American Karate Association, Tang Soo Do Karate Association, United Tang Soo Do Association, International Tang Soo Do Organization.
